Phase 1 production Visited Kathmandu & Lumbini, Nepal, Muni Seva Ashram, Gujarat, Indore - April 2022
We were very fortunate to be able to attend, and record, the 2022 Jimmy McGilligan Life Celebration held at Janak McGilligan's home, also known as Giridarshan. This week-long event includes master classes on solar cooking, solar thermal food processing, using solar dryers to prepare organic powders for Holi, etc.
Janak also hosts a prayer-based vigil at the end of the week and this time was attended by most of the local Indore government and education leaders.
